Common use of RIGHTS OF CONSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF CONSTRUCTION. This Sublease is intended to make public property available for private use, while at all times protecting the public interest to the greatest extent possible. Following the rule that transfers of interest in public property are to be strictly construed in favor of the Borough, all rights granted to the Sublessee under this Sublease will be strictly construed, and all rights of the Borough and protections of the public interest will be liberally construed.
