Common use of Rights of Debentureholder Reserved Clause in Contracts

Rights of Debentureholder Reserved. Nothing contained in this Article 5 or elsewhere in this Debenture is intended to or shall impair, as between the Borrower and the Debentureholder, the obligation of the Borrower, which is absolute and unconditional, to pay to the Debentureholder the Principal Amount and interest on the Debenture, as and when the same shall become due and payable in accordance with their terms, nor shall anything herein prevent the Debentureholder from exercising all remedies otherwise permitted by Applicable Law upon default under this Debenture.
