RIGHTS OF DEPARTING UNIT MEMBERS. If a departing instructor owns the copyright of a program that the District desires to continue, the District shall pay the departing instructor the market-value price for obtaining the non-exclusive right of usage for the program or an otherwise mutually agreed upon price.
