Rights of Disassociating Member. In the event any Member disassociates prior to the dissolution and winding up of the Company, the disassociated Person shall have no right to compel a liquidation of his/her Units and, except as otherwise provided in Section 10.3 hereof, shall thereafter hold Units as an unadmitted Assignee.
