Common use of Rights of Disclosing Party Clause in Contracts

Rights of Disclosing Party. The amount and nature of Confidential Information to be disclosed is completely within the discretion of the Disclosing Party. The Receiving Party acknowledges that all Confidential Information received from the Disclosing Party is the exclusive property of the Disclosing Party, and that this Agreement does not grant a license or option to the Receiving Party under any patent or other intellectual property rights held by the Disclosing Party.
