Common use of Rights of entry by Landlord Clause in Contracts

Rights of entry by Landlord. Subject to compliance by the Landlord with the provisions of Clause 8.3, to permit the Landlord with all necessary materials and appliances at all reasonable times upon reasonable prior notice of at least 48 hours (except in cases of emergency) to enter and remain upon the Demised Premises for any of the following purposes:-
