Common use of Rights of Holder to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Rights of Holder to Receive Payment. Except in connection with the exercise of the Swiss Resolution Power and/or the ordering of Restructuring Protective Measures, the right of any Holder to receive payment of Principal of or interest, if any, (including Additional Interest, if any) on such Holder’s Security, or any Guarantee endorsed thereon, on or after the respective due dates expressed or provided for in such Security, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
