Rights of Holders of Senior Indebtedness. No amendment, modification or waiver of this Indenture or the Securities shall adversely affect the rights of any holder of Senior Indebtedness or Senior Guarantor Indebtedness under the subordination provisions included in Article Fourteen of this Indenture without the consent of such holder.
