Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder of a Security to receive payment of the principal amount, Fundamental Change Repurchase Price and interest, if any, or Additional Interest, if any, in respect of the Securities held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Securities and this Indenture, (whether upon repurchase or otherwise), and to convert such Security in accordance with Article 4, and to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective due dates or for the right to convert in accordance with Article 4, is, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.06, absolute and unconditional and shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of the Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder of a Security Note to receive payment of the principal amount, interest, Make-Whole Premium, Fundamental Change Repurchase Price and interest, if any, or Additional InterestFundamental Change Make-Whole Amount, if any, in respect of the Securities Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Securities Notes and this Indenture, Indenture (whether upon repurchase or otherwise), and to convert such Security Note in accordance with Article 45, and to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective due dates or for the right to convert in accordance with Article 44 (including to receive the Make-Whole Premium, isif applicable), subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.06, is absolute and unconditional and shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of the Holder.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this IndentureIndenture but subject to the provisions of Article 11 hereof, the right of any Holder of a Security to receive payment of the principal amount, Fundamental Change interest, Redemption Price, Repurchase Price and interestPrice, Designated Event Purchase Price, if any, or Additional Contingent Interest, if any, in respect of the Securities held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Securities and this Indenture, Indenture (whether upon repurchase or otherwise), and to convert such Security in accordance with Article 4, and to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective due dates or for the right to convert in accordance with Article 4, is, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.06, is absolute and unconditional and shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of the Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment and to Convert. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, the right of any Holder of a Security Debenture to receive payment of the principal amount, Fundamental Change of Control Repurchase Price and interestinterest (including, if anyfor greater certainty, or any Additional InterestAmount), if any, in respect of the Securities Debentures held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Securities Debentures and this Indenture, Indenture (whether upon repurchase or otherwise), and to convert such Security Debenture in accordance with Article 46, and to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective due dates or for the right to convert in accordance with Article 46, is, subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 8.06section 11.8, absolute and unconditional and shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of the Holder.
