Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6), the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (includingIndenture, without limitationthe consent of each Holder of Notes affected, Section 6.6)an amendment, supplement or waiver may not (with respect to any Notes held by a non-consenting Holder) make any changes in the contractual right of any Holder of the Notes expressly set forth in this Indenture (i) to receive payment in respect of the principal of, or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, ’s Notes on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates dates thereof or repurchase date expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or (ii) to bring institute suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of with respect to such Holder’s Notes.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal or interest on the Notes held by such HolderMaturity Payment Amount, any Note Redemption Price or, if applicable, the Acceleration Price (including the payment of all accrued and unpaid interest), on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, dates shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal or and interest on the Installment Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due datesdates expressed in the Installment Notes, or the Redemption Dates or repurchase date expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, purchase dates provided for therein or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)Indenture, the right right, which is absolute and unconditional, of any Holder of any Note to receive payment of principal or the Principal of and interest on such Note on the Notes Stated Maturity or Maturities (or, in the case of redemption, on the Redemption Date) held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture the Notes or the Notesany Redemption Date, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected adversely without the consent of each such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.67.6 hereof), the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of and premium, if any, or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, and to convert the Notes in accordance with Article XII hereof or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.66.06), the contractual right expressly set forth in this Indenture or the Notes of any Holder to receive payment of principal of, premium (including Additional Amounts), if any, or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase purchase date expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected amended without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. | Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.67.6), the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, dates or Redemption Dates or repurchase date expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, including Section 6.66.06 hereof), the right of any Holder of a Note to receive payment of principal or interest of, interest, premium and Liquidated Damages, if any, on the Notes held by such HolderNote, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the NotesNote (including in connection with an offer to purchase), or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall will not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal and interest and Additional Amounts, if any, the Redemption Price, Purchase Price or interest Fundamental Change Repurchase Price, as applicable, on the Notes held by such HolderNotes, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, or to bring suit for the enforcement of the right to convert the Notes shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such the Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)First Supplemental Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of the principal or amount of the 2007 Notes plus accrued and unpaid interest on in respect of the 2007 Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture the 2007 Notes or any Redemption Date, and to convert the Notes2007 Notes in accordance with Article IX, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective datesdates or the right to convert, shall not be impaired or affected adversely without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.6)Indenture, the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal or Accreted Value of, and interest on and liquidated damages, if any, on, the Discount Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Discount Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture (including, without limitation, including Section 6.6), the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of, premium, if any, or interest on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this the Indenture (including, without limitation, Section 6.67.05), the right of any Holder to receive payment of principal of or interest (including Additional Interest, if any, or Supplementary Interest, if any) on the Notes held by such Holder, on or after the respective due dates, Redemption Dates or repurchase date dates expressed in this Indenture or the Notes, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
