Common use of Rights of Holders to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, but subject to Section 8.2, the right of any Holder of a Security or coupon to receive payment of principal of, premium, if any, and, subject to Sections 3.5 and 3.7, interest on the Security, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Security (or, in case of redemption, on the redemption dates), and the right of any Holder of a coupon to receive payment of interest due as provided in such coupon, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.

Rights of Holders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, but subject to Section 8.2, the right of any Holder of a Security or coupon to receive payment of principal of, premium, if any, and, subject to Sections 3.5 3.05 and 3.73.07, interest on the SecuritySecurity and any Additional Amounts, on or after the respective due dates expressed in the Security (or, in case of redemption, on the redemption dates), and the right of any Holder of a coupon to receive payment of interest due as provided in such coupon, or or, subject to Section 5.09, to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates, shall not be impaired or affected without the consent of such Holder.
