RIGHTS OF HUD. Operator and Lender hereby agree that HUD shall be an additional lender under this Agreement together with Xxxxxx, as their interests may appear, and that HUD shall be listed on the UCC financing statements to be filed contemporaneously herewith; provided, however, that nothing herein or in the UCC financing statements shall require the execution, now or at any future time, of any amendment, extension, or other document by HUD.
