RIGHTS OF HUD. (a) Operator and Secured Party hereby agree that HUD shall be an additional secured party under this Security Agreement together with Secured Party, as their interests may appear, and that HUD shall be listed on the Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statements to be filed contemporaneously herewith; provided, however, that nothing herein or in the Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statements shall require the execution, now or any future time, of any amendment, extension, or other document by HUD.
