Rights of Indenture Trustee and Securities Administrator. (a) Each of the Indenture Trustee and the Securities Administrator may conclusively rely on, and shall be fully protected from acting or refraining from acting upon, any document believed by it to be genuine and to have been signed or presented by the proper person. Neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Securities Administrator need investigate any fact or matter stated in the document.
