Common use of Rights of Lenders to Receive Payment Clause in Contracts

Rights of Lenders to Receive Payment. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Mortgage, the right of any Lender to receive payment of principal of and interest on an Equipment Note on or after the due dates expressed in such Equipment Note, or to bring suit for the enforcement of any such payment on or after such respective dates in accordance with the terms hereof, shall not be impaired or affected without such Lender’s consent.
