Rights of Lessor's Mortgagee. Provided any of Lessor's mortgagees advises Lessee of its lien ("Mortgagee"), the following provisions shall apply: (a) Consent to Amendment, There shall be no cancellation, surrender or amendment of this Lease by Lessor and/or Lessee without the prior written consent of any of the Mortgagees.
