Rights of Limited Partners Relating to the Partnership. (a) In addition to other rights provided by this Agreement or by the Act, (the General Partner shall deliver to each Limited Partner a copy of any information mailed to all of the common stockholders of PubCo as soon as practicable after such mailing, unless such Limited Partner is entitled to receive such information pursuant to the Investor Rights Agreement, PubCo Charter or PubCo Bylaws.
