In addition to the other rights specifically set forth in this Agreement, except as limited by Section 8.5.C, and subject to such reasonable standards (including standards governing what information and documents are to be furnished and at what time and location and at whose expense) as may be established by the General Partner, each Partner is entitled to all information to which a partner in a Delaware limited partnership is entitled to have access pursuant to the Act under the circumstances and subject to the conditions therein stated.
