Common use of RIGHTS OF MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS. Upon the request of a Member or a holder of an Economic Interest who is not a Member, for purposes reasonably related to the interest of that Person, the Manager shall promptly deliver to the Member or holder of an Economic Interest, at the expense of the LLC, a copy of this Agreement and a copy of the information listed in Sections 9.1.1, 9.1.2 and 9.1.4 of this Agreement.
