Common use of Rights of Nonrequesting Holders Clause in Contracts

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the Company’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon The Company shall no later than 7 days after the receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) Request give written notice delivered by hand or nationally recognized overnight delivery service (with postage prepaid) of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) 7 days of their receipt the delivery of the Company’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares Securities included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.12.2.

All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.13.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten five (105) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the Company’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares Securities included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1‎2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other HoldersHolders of Registrable Shares, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the Company’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request, so long as such Registrable Shares are proposed to be disposed of in accordance with the method or methods of disposition requested pursuant to this Section 2.1. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence together with all Demanding Stockholders shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1herein.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty fifteen (2015) days of their receipt of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” "REQUESTING HOLDERS" for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company Partnership shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) 10 days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company Partnership within twenty (20) 15 days of their receipt of the Company’s Partnership's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Interests as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares Interests included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.112.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) 10 days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) 20 days of their receipt of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.13.1.

All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration Statement at least ten days prior to the anticipated filing date of the Demand Registration Statement to all other HoldersHolders entitled to registration rights under this Section 2 or Section 3, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) 5 days of their receipt of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration Statement such portion of their Registrable Shares Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) business days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) 20 days of their receipt of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request, so long as such Registrable Shares are proposed to be disposed of in accordance with the method or methods of disposition requested pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(i). All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company Partnership shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company Partnership within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the CompanyPartnership’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Units as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares Units included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company BREP shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company BREP within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the CompanyBREP’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Units as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares Units included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.1. BREP shall also have the right to issue and sell Units in such Demand Registration.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) 10 days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within twenty (20) 15 days of their receipt of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.1.

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company Trust shall promptly (but in any event within ten (10) days) give written notice of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company Trust within twenty (20) days of their receipt of the Company’s Trust's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Shares as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Shares included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.1.
