Common use of Rights of Nonrequesting Holders Clause in Contracts

Rights of Nonrequesting Holders. The Company shall no later than 7 days after the receipt of any Demand Request give written notice delivered by hand or nationally recognized overnight delivery service (with postage prepaid) of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within 7 days of the delivery of the Company’s notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Securities included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “Requesting Holders” for purposes of this Section 2.2.

The Upon receipt of any Demand Request, the Company shall no later than 7 ten (10) days after filing of the receipt of any Demand Request relevant registration statement give written notice delivered by hand hand, facsimile transmission, electronic mail or nationally recognized overnight delivery service (with postage prepaid) of such proposed Demand Registration to all other Holders, who shall have the right, exercisable by written notice to the Company within 7 fifteen (15) days of the delivery of the Company’s 's notice, to elect to include in such Demand Registration such portion of their Registrable Securities as they may request. All Holders requesting to have their Registrable Securities included in a Demand Registration in accordance with the preceding sentence shall be deemed to be “"Requesting Holders” " for purposes of this Section 2.22.1.
