Rights of Parties during road widening. The Authority shall be entitled to receive the monetary compensation, if any paid by the authorities during Road Widening programmes. The Concessionaire shall enjoy the benefit accrued if any in the form of additional built up space subject to compliance to this Agreement. The cost of restoration of the structures shall be borne by the Concessionaire.
