Common use of Rights of Partners Independent Clause in Contracts

Rights of Partners Independent. The rights available to the Partners under this Agreement and at law will be deemed to be joint and not dependent on each other and each such right will be accordingly construed as complete in itself and not by reference to any other such right. Any one or more or any combination of such rights may be exercised from time to time and no such exercise will exhaust the rights or preclude the exercise of any one or more of such rights or combination thereof from time to time thereafter or simultaneously.
