Common use of Rights of Partners Independent Clause in Contracts

Rights of Partners Independent. The rights available to the Partnership and the Partners under this Agreement and at law shall be deemed to be several and not dependent on each other, and each such right shall be accordingly construed as complete in itself and not by reference to any other such right. Any one or more of such rights may be exercised separately or in any combination by the Partnership or by a Partner, as applicable, from time to time, and no such exercise shall exhaust the rights or preclude any other Partner from exercising any one or more of such rights or combination thereof from time to time thereafter or simultaneously.
