RIGHTS OF REGISTRAR, REGISTRY OPERATOR AND SERVICE PROVIDERS. (1) Registrar, Service Providers and Registry Operator may change any information, of the Order, or transfer the Order to another Registrant, or transfer the Order to another Customer, upon receiving any authorization from the Registrant, or the Customer, or Resellers as maybe prescribed by Registrar from time to time.
