Common use of Rights of Shareholder Clause in Contracts

Grantee shall not be entitled to any voting rights or other rights or privileges of ownership of Shares with respect to the Performance Stock Units unless and until the Committee has determined the number of Shares earned under this Agreement, and such earned Shares are actually delivered to Grantee pursuant to the Agreement.
