Rights of Successor Trustee. Any successor to the Trustee named herein shall enjoy all the rights, powers, interests and immunities of the Trustee as originally conferred by this Agreement. All right, title and interest in Trust Shares of any Trustee who may resign, die, be removed or become incapacitated to act shall, upon such resignation, removal, death or incapacity, vest in the successor Trustee.
