Common use of RIGHTS OF SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. The covenants and agreements contained in this Lease will apply to, inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, distributees, executors, administrators, legal representatives, permitted assigns, and upon their respective successors in interest except as expressly otherwise hereinabove provided.
