RIGHTS OF THE AGENT AND SECURITY AGENT. Each of the Agent and Security Agent may:- (i) carry out its duties hereunder through such officers, directors, employees, consultants or independent agents as it may in its unfettered discretion think fit; (ii) assume that no Default has occurred and that none of the Security Parties is in breach of its obligations under any of the Security Documents unless the Agent or the Security Agent (as the case may be) has actual knowledge or actual notice to the contrary;
