Common use of RIGHTS OF THE DEBENTURE HOLDERS Clause in Contracts

RIGHTS OF THE DEBENTURE HOLDERS. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere, in the event the Debenture Holders are unable to exercise any rights available to it under this Deed and/or under any other Transaction Documents in full owing to any Applicable Law or regulation in force, then the Debenture Holders shall be entitled to the exercise of any such right under this Deed and/or any other Transaction Documents to the limited extent permissible under Applicable Law.
