Common use of Rights of the Indenture Trustee Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee shall have herein the same rights, protections, indemnities and immunities as specified in the Master Indenture. In connection with the Receivables or any Account, the Servicer is responsible in each instance to (i) monitor the status of any applicable interest rate benchmark, (ii) determine whether a substitute index should or could be selected, (iii) determine the selection of any such substitute index, and (iv) exercise any right related to the foregoing on behalf of the Trust, the Noteholders or any other Person.
