Rights of the Indenture Trustee. The Indenture Trustee shall be entitled to all rights, powers, protection, privileges, indemnities and immunities conferred on it by the terms of the Indenture as if specifically set forth herein, and shall not be liable for any loss arising in connection with the exercise of any such rights, powers, protections, privileges, indemnities and immunities.
