Common use of Rights of the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Master Servicer. Xxxxx Fargo, in its capacity as master servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, is an intended third party beneficiary of Section 17 of this Agreement and shall have the right to enforce the obligations of the parties under such Section, including the right to enforce the obligations of the Subservicer hereunder to the extent of the obligations of the Servicer under the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
