Rights of the Option Shares. The Option Shares shall have the same characteristics and terms and shall enjoy the same statutory rights and privileges attributed respectively to the AONs and APNs of Oi at the Call Option Effective Date, or, if the Exercise of the Call Option occurs after the Merger of Shares of Oi, to the shares of CorpCo.
