RIGHTS OF THE OPTIONEE. The grant of this Option, execution of this Agreement or exercise of any portion of this Option shall not confer upon the Optionee any right to, or guaranty of, a position as an employee, consultant, advisor or director of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.
