Common use of Rights of the Series Trustee Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Series Trustee. With respect to the Notes, Section 12.01(d) of the Base Indenture shall be replaced in its entirety with the following: “The Trustee may consult with counsel and other professional advisors of its selection, and any advice or opinion of such counsel or other professional advisor shall be full and complete authorization and protection in respect of any action taken or suffered by the Trustee hereunder in good faith and in reliance thereon.”
