Common use of Rights of the Trustee; Holders of Senior Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Rights of the Trustee; Holders of Senior Indebtedness. (a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article XIII in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article 11 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture or any Additional Provisions shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article Fifteen in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture or any Additional Provisions shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article XV in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article 3 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantor at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of such Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this the Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a1) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Article 17 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Trust Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

(a) The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this article Section 16 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. The Trustee's right to compensation and reimbursement of expenses as set forth in Section 9.6 shall not be subject to the subordination provisions of this Section 16.
