Common use of Rights of Third Party Ingress and Egress Clause in Contracts

Rights of Third Party Ingress and Egress. Licensee's use of the Operating Area is subject to reasonable concurrent ingress and egress by the County and its employees, contractors, and representatives, by the car-renting public, and by third parties for police, fire, safety, construction, maintenance, inspection, and other activities reasonably related to Airport business. Nothing in this subsection shall be deemed to interfere with the County’s right to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to rules adopted by the County. Nothing in this subsection shall be deemed to interfere with the County’s ability to exercise its police powers.
