Rights of Trustee as a Holder of Senior Guarantor Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article with respect to any Senior Guarantor Debt which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Guarantor Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in Sections 14.16 through 14.25 of this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6.7. Notwithstanding any provision of this Article 14, the Trustee shall have no obligation to hold in trust, pay over and deliver any payment or distribution not in its possession.
