Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt that may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt of the Corporation or the Guarantor, as the case may be, that may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior DebtDebt of the Corporation and the Guarantor, respectively, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee or any Authenticating Agent in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII Twelve with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee or any Authenticating Agent of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Twelve shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 7.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with 11 in respect to of any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article 11 shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 7.7.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6.7 hereof.

Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607 all of which shall be paid directly to the Trustee.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee, in any of its various capacities, under or pursuant to Section 6.7.

Nothing in this Article Fifteen shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and and, subject to the requirements of the Trust Indenture Act, nothing in this First Supplemental Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII XIII with respect to any Senior Debt of the Corporation that may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, Debt of the Corporation and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII Sixteen with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 606.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt that of the Company or the Guarantor, as the case may be, which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of such Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall be construed to apply to claims of the Trustee or any predecessor Trustee under Section 5.6 or 6.7.

Nothing in this Article Fourteen shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Nothing in this Article XI shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 8.07.

The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII Seventeen with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, Debt and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6.06.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Debt; Preservation of Trustee’s Rights. The Trustee in its individual capacity shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article XII with respect to any Senior Debt that which may at any time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Debt, and nothing in this Indenture shall deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.
