Common use of Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Article 10 in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness which may at any the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and Indebtedness; provided that nothing in this Indenture Article shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holderholder and providing further than nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 607.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in ARTICLE FIFTEEN with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness which may at any the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this ARTICLE FIFTEEN shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to SECTION 6.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in 13 with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness which may at any the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article 13 shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 8.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Article 10 Four in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in Section 8.13 or elsewhere in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Four shall apply to claims of or payments to the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 8.7.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in XIII with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness that may at any the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness Indebtedness, and nothing in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article XIII shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 7.7.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in Fourteen with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness which may at any the time be held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and Indebtedness; provided that nothing in this Indenture Article shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder; and, provided further, that nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6.07.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Article 10 Four in respect of any Senior Indebtedness at any time held by it, to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness and nothing in Section 813 or elsewhere in this Indenture shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article Four shall apply to claims of or payments to the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 807.

Rights of Trustee as Holder of Senior Indebtedness. The Trustee shall be entitled to all the rights set forth in this Article 10 in with respect of to any Senior Indebtedness which may be at any time held by it, it to the same extent as any other holder of Senior Indebtedness Indebtedness; and nothing in Section 6.13, or elsewhere in this Indenture Indenture, shall be construed to deprive the Trustee of any of its rights as such holder. Nothing in this Article shall apply to claims of, or payments to, the Trustee under or pursuant to Section 6.7.
