Rights of Trustees and Shareholders. Nothing in this Agreement shall impede the Fund's Trustees or shareholders of the shares of the Fund's Portfolios from exercising any of the rights provided to such Trustees or shareholders in the Fund's Declaration of Trust, as amended, a copy of which will be provided to the Company upon request.
