Common use of Rights of Unadmitted Assignees Clause in Contracts

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires an Interest but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest in accordance with this Agreement, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires an Interest Interests but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof 8.4 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this AgreementAgreement and shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires an Interest but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof 10.6 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest in accordance with this Operating Agreement, and shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Operating Agreement.

A Person who acquires an Interest but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof 10.6 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest in accordance with this Agreement, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.

A Person who acquires an Interest one or more Interests but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof 11.6 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires an Interest or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a substituted Substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 hereof 8.8 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest interest in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Venture, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Venture, shall not be entitled to vote as a Member and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this AgreementMember.

A Person who acquires an Interest Interests but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 8.5 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions Distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, and shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.

A Person person who acquires an Interest one or more Interests but who is not admitted as a substituted Member pursuant to Section 12.6 9.6 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Company, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Company, and shall not have any of the rights of a Member under the Act or this Agreement.
