Common use of Rights of Unadmitted Assignees Clause in Contracts

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited substituted Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 10.6 and Section 11.2(b) hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest Limited Partner Interests, but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 8.7 hereof, shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Partnership Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 16.11 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Partnership Interests in accordance with this Agreement and, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the voting or other rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the this Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited substituted Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 10.4 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Delaware Act or the this Agreement.

A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Partnership Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 14.5 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest interests in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Delaware Act or the Agreement.

Rights of Unadmitted Assignees. A Person person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an Interest a Limited Partnership interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Substitute Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 11.3 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest interest in accordance with this Agreement, but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner general partner or of a Limited Partner limited partner under the Act TRLPA or the Agreement.

A Person who acquires one or more Interests or any portion of an a Partnership Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted Limited Substitute Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 9.5 hereof shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest interests in accordance with this Agreement, . but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the Agreement.

A Person who acquires one or more LP Interests or any portion of an Interest but who is not admitted as a Substituted substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 9.7 hereof 9.6 shall be entitled only to allocations and distributions with respect to such Interest LP Interests in accordance with this Agreement, but and shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership, shall not be entitled to inspect the books or records of the Partnership, and shall not have any of the rights of a General Partner or of a Limited Partner under the Act or the this Agreement.
