The holder of any Special Warrant converted pursuant to Section 4.2(a) hereof will have no further rights as a Special Warrantholder except to receive the certificates representing the Underlying Securities issued upon the conversion thereof to such holder in accordance with Sections 4.3 and 4.4 hereof.
