Common use of Rights on Conversion Clause in Contracts

Rights on Conversion. The holder of any Subscription Receipt converted pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued Special Warrants upon the conversion of the Subscription Receipts.

Rights on Conversion. The holder of any Subscription Receipt converted pursuant to Section 4.1(a5.1(a) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued Special Unit Shares and Warrants upon the conversion of the Subscription Receipts.
