Common use of Rights on Issuance Clause in Contracts

Rights on Issuance. The holder of any Underlying Securities deemed to be issued pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued the Units pursuant to the Subscription Receipts and upon issuance of the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will represent only the right of the holders thereof to be issued the Units pursuant to the Subscription Receipts.

Rights on Issuance. The holder of any Underlying Securities deemed to be issued pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued the Units pursuant to the conversion of the Subscription Receipts and upon issuance of the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will represent only the right of the holders thereof to be issued the Units pursuant to the conversion of the Subscription Receipts.

Rights on Issuance. The holder of any Underlying Securities Shares deemed to be issued pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued the Units pursuant to Underlying Shares upon the Subscription Receipts and upon issuance conversion of the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will represent only the right of the holders thereof to be issued the Units pursuant to the Subscription Receipts.

Rights on Issuance. The holder of any Underlying Securities deemed to be issued pursuant to Section 4.1(34.1(2) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued the Units pursuant to the Subscription Receipts and upon issuance of the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 4.1(34.1(2) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will represent only the right of the holders thereof to be issued the Units pursuant to the Subscription Receipts.

The holder of any Underlying Securities deemed to be issued pursuant to Section 4.1(3) hereof shall have no rights hereunder except to be issued the Units pursuant to the conversion of the Subscription Receipts and upon issuance of the Underlying Securities pursuant to Section 4.1(34.1(4) hereof, the Subscription Receipt Certificates will represent only the right of the holders thereof to be issued the Units pursuant to the conversion of the Subscription Receipts.
