Common use of Rights Personal Clause in Contracts

Rights Personal. The License and rights granted hereunder are personal to the Licensee. No assignee for the benefit of creditors, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, sheriff or any other officer or court charged with taking over custody of the Licensee’s assets or business, shall have any right to continue performance of this Agreement or to exploit or in any way use the Licensed Mark ▇▇ this Agreement is terminated pursuant to §§ 8.3, 8.4 or 11.8, except as may be required by law.
