Rights Prior to Redemption. If the Redemption Request shall have been duly given, all rights with respect to the outstanding shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall continue until the Redemption Price payable upon redemption of the shares of Series A Preferred Stock to be redeemed on the applicable Redemption Date is paid or tendered for payment in full or deposited in full with an independent payment agent so as to be available therefor in a timely manner for payment to such holders.
