Common use of Rights, Protections and Immunities of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Rights, Protections and Immunities of the Trustee. All of the rights, protections, benefits, immunities and indemnities afforded or given to the Trustee, the Security Registrar and the Paying Agent pursuant to the Base Indenture shall apply to and be enforceable by the Trustee, the Security Registrar and the Paying Agent acting in their respective capacities relating to the Notes and pursuant to this First Supplemental Indenture mutatis mutandi as if set forth and incorporated herein. The Trustee, the Security Registrar and the Paying Agent is acting hereunder, not in its individual capacity, but solely in its capacity as Trustee, Security Registrar or Paying Agent, as applicable, for the Notes under the Indenture.
