Rights Run with the Land and Survival of Representatives. This Agreement shall constitute a real right and covenant running with the lands it covers and shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective heirs, successors and assigns. Covenants, obligations, representations, and conditions of this Agreement shall survive the close of this transaction and the delivery of Assignments to Participant, by Operator.
