Rights Several. 2.4.1 The rights of the Finance Parties under this Agreement are several. All amounts due, and obligations owed, to each of them are separate and independent debts or, as the case may be, obligations. 2.4.2 A Finance Party may, except as otherwise stated in this Agreement, separately enforce its rights under this Agreement.
